Do I have Warranty?

  • All items come with a limited warranty. Check the manufacturer's website for length and conditions, then complete our Warranty Form.

Do you accept returns?

  • Yes! We have a 30 day Returns Policy so long as the returns conditions are met.

I received the wrong item, or it is faulty - what do I do?

  • Send us an email with your invoice number, some images and a description of the issue.

Why can’t I contact you on the phone number provided?

  • If you are calling within business hours Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (Excluding Public Holidays) then chances are we are helping someone else. No worries though, we will call back as soon as we can!

Can I edit or cancel my order?

  • Yes! If you get in touch before it is dispatched we can help out. Send us an email or give us a call as soon as you can.

I placed an order online but have not received a confirmation email - what do i do?

  • Something could have been entered incorrectly, or gone wrong at checkout. Send us an email with some information and we can look into it for you.

Can you send me some free stickers?

  • Yes! We put Kick Push stickers in with most orders, and if you order using VIP Express we’ll throw in a free sticker pack!

Can Kick Push order specific items in for me?

Can I edit the information on my Kick Push account?

  • Yes! Log in to your Kick Push account and look under the Account Summary section for the specific sections to edit.

Who is Kick Push?

  • Kick Push is a small group of Aussie Skaters and board sports enthusiasts who take pride in what they do. While we don’t have as many locations and staff members as some of our competitors, we are ambitious, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile in order to exceed our customers expectations of quality products, range and service.

Do you have a shop where I can check items out and purchase?

  • Our Shop front and Warehouse is located in Tweed Heads South and is open Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 4:00PM (Excluding Public holidays).

Are all the products online available in store?

  • Yes! Our retail store in Tweed Heads South has access to our entire online catalogue

Do prices include GST?

  • Yes, there are no hidden charges or surprises - The listed price is what you will pay.

What currency are your prices in?

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollar (AUD)

I have store credit - how do I use it?

  • When checking out there will be a drop down menu showing your ‘available credit’. Simply add this to your order before completing payment.

How do I know what size pads or helmet to order?

  • As people vary in shape and size, each product has a sizing guide in the product description. Simply click the desired product and scroll down

Can I Lay-By or put items on hold?

  • No. While we don’t offer Lay-By or hold, we do support ZipPay and AfterPay which offer payment plans.
Shipping

What shipping carrier will my package be sent with?

  • Within Australia we ship with Australia Post, if it is a bulky item we will ship with a courier.
  • International orders will be sent with Australia Post, and transferred to your country's national postal company.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Below are general transit time guidelines.

  • VIP Express - priority dispatch up to 3 business days.
  • Express shipping - up to 3 business days.
  • Standard shipping - Up to 5 business days.
  • New Zealand Express - Up to 7 business days
  • International Express depends on your country but is fast and safe.

Do I have to sign for my package?

Yes! All packages require signature on delivery. If you are not home it will be taken to the nearest Post Office.
